Inauguration of the Centre de Sauvetage Aquatique de Monaco (C.S.A.M.) - Monaco Lifesaving Centre

Created with the help of the Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation, the Centre de Sauvetage Aquatique de Monaco (Aquatic Rescue Center of Monaco) will be inaugurated on the Larvotto Beach in November 2014.

Directed by Pierre Frolla, and in collaboration with the Direction de l’Education Nationale, de la Jeunesse et des Sports de Monaco (Department of Education, Youth and Sports), the Centre’s aim is to teach first aid and rescue to children, and to make them aware of the rules and actions to be taken when faced with an accident at sea or in other aquatic environments.

See "Water Safety" programs for more details.
