With the support of PCMF USA, Florida Swim School will provide weekly lessons to 10 children from local foster homes and orphanages.
Swim classes, including basic swimming and water safety skills, will take place in a group setting at Florida Swim School. Basic swimming skills include safe entry and exit; jump entry, submersion and return to the wall; back float; forward motion and roll over to a back float; continuous swimming, taking a breath when needed. Water safety skills include recognizing someone in distress; providing assistance to someone in distress; water safety rules.
